I'm talking about crunches here. With full schedules, it seems impossible to add one more thing to our already jam packed schedules. But when it comes to your health, you've got to make it routine. Add this exercise to your routine after washing your face and brushing your teeth and settling in for the night. 5 minutes to better health. Not only will this help you drift off to sleep, you'll wake up feeling great! I came across this quick 5 minute exercise by Jessica Smith for Shape Magazine. There are tons out there, but I like the simplicity of this one.
